In this day you start cycling close to the golden sand beach of Meia Praia and then along the Alvor bay to reach the famous Praia da Rocha. Then you briefly enter in Portimão city following the Arade river. Crossing to the other side of the river you will find Ferragudo an ancient small fishing village full of histories to tell.
