Z dedinky Povrazník sa vydáme cestou na Strelníky. Tam z námestia odočíme doprava smerom ku kúpalisku a popri ňom zídeme na cestu do Ľubietovej. Kúsok poniže sa vydáme po bočných cestách smerom na chatu pod Hrbom. Cestou späť zídeme až do Ľubietovej, kde z hlavnej cesty zídeme cez potok na bočnú až ku kostolu. Odtiaľ prudkým stúpaním na hrebeň a cestu zakončíme pohodovou asfaltkou v Povrazníku.
