Ruta za vikend trening ŠBZ-a  Za one koji su tek nedavno počeli voziti pa polako umjereno grade svoju formu ovo je srednje teška ruta koja bi trebala trajati oko 2:30h.  Voditi računa o pravilnom doziranju tempo po ravnome kao i formaciji grupe. Zatim na usponima ići što je nježnije moguće jer ma da se radi o seriji kratkih uspona ukoliko se forsiraju na kraju će ponestati snage tj goriva pa će trening postati manje zabavan.
